We are Interim Managers – we operate as part of a client’s management team to deliver an agreed business product by the end an assignment.
IMs are not Management Consultants. Management Consultants deliver reports and IMs deliver specific solutions to specific problems. We can manage consultants to make sure that they deliver that which they are contracted to. This service will usually save substantially more than the cost of our services.
We are part of the largest UK network of Interim Managers. This means that we can assemble a team of experienced IMs at short notice for larger projects. We do not take any fees or commission for this service. This approach will always give a better price performance solution than using the large consultancies. IMs are usually significantly more experienced than management consultants. They also cost substantially less.
Being a member of a large network also means that we can reasonably expect to produce an acceptable substitute in the event of an IM being run over by a bus or similar catastrophe.
